Check out another card using a stampset from Alenew! I am using the stampset Build-A-Flower Bellaroma Hybrid Tea Rose. I love this color combo. I got the color combo inspiration from the Layering Techniques 3 from the certification program. the colors I used were morning frost, evening gray, blush by Altenew. I used Tim holtz distress ink in shades of victorian velvet and kitsch flamingo. The black outline images were stamped in versafine clair tsukineko nocturne.

I used the very common size card A2. I seldom use another size but if this creativity keeps flowing I might be able to come up with something different!

I stamped the images using the stamping guide provided. First stamping the roses then the leaves. This stamp set also came with the coordinating die set that cut out the rose and the leaves. I used my favorite die cutting tip. I cut out the rose and leaves on a contrasting color scrap card stock to use as a guide. I look my stamped rose image and placed the die negative over top and by doing this you are able to position the die evenly around and it cuts it out perfectly every time. I wasn't crazy about the white card panel so I ink blended with a turquoise ink and then ink splattered with peacock feathers distress spray. I then arranged the images on the upper left corner and the lower right corner in a triangle arrangement pattern. I taped the images together and turned the card over and applied foam tape. This gives my floral arrangement dimension. I then turned the card over and trimmed the excess hanging over. I placed some of the leaves that were trimmed back on the card panel to fill in the blank areas. I adhered the card panel to gray card stock I had in my stash.

Now stepping out of my box I heat embossed my sentiment! I usually stamp and fussy and then glue, but this time I stamped using vera mark clear and used white embossing powder on black card stock. I glued and sat back and looked at my creation! Wow Altenew these multi-layered stampsets are truly incredible!
